Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PROLOGIX AI ("Service") operated by PROLOGIX AI ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

Automated cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all funds you commit to this Service. Past performance is not indicative of future results. This Service is provided for educational and technological demonstration purposes only. Do NOT invest money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating an account or using any part of the PROLOGIX AI Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
  • If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

  • PROLOGIX AI is an automated cryptocurrency trading platform that uses artificial intelligence to identify and execute trades on the Solana blockchain network.
  • The Service provides: automated token discovery and analysis, risk assessment (rug-pull detection, liquidity analysis), autonomous trade execution via Jupiter DEX aggregator, portfolio monitoring and position management, and a real-time dashboard.
  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and private keys. We will never ask for your password or private key via email or support channels.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@prologix.ai of any unauthorized use.
  • If you provide a Solana private key, it will be encrypted and stored server-side to enable automated trading. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK associated with storing your private key on our platform. We recommend using a dedicated trading wallet with limited funds.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Financial Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

  • CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING IS HIGHLY SPECULATIVE AND INVOLVES EXTREME RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate dramatically within short periods.
  • PROLOGIX AI IS NOT A LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BROKER, OR INVESTMENT ADVISOR. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any cryptocurrency.
  • Past performance of the AI trading system is not indicative of future results. Historical profits displayed are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar future performance.
  • You acknowledge that meme coins and micro-cap tokens are subject to extreme price volatility, pump-and-dump schemes, and complete loss of value (rug pulls). Even with our AI risk analysis, we cannot guarantee protection against all fraudulent tokens.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses incurred. By enabling automated trading, you authorize the Service to execute trades on your behalf, and you accept full responsibility for the outcomes.

5. Premium Subscription

  • Premium subscription access is obtained through a payment of 5 USDT per month via the Solana blockchain. Once payment is verified on-chain, your account is upgraded immediately.
  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of blockchain payments and the immediate delivery of digital services, we do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions.
  • Premium features include: automated bot trading, browser wallet connection, and full dashboard access. Feature availability may change over time.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • You agree NOT to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use automated scraping tools against our API; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use the Service in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.
  • You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including but not limited to securities laws, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and tax regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • It is YOUR responsibility to determine whether cryptocurrency trading is legal in your jurisdiction and to pay any applicable taxes on gains from trading.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROLOGIX AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  • We are not liable for: losses due to smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network failures, hacks or security breaches beyond our reasonable control, trading losses, DEX slippage, or failure of third-party APIs (RPC nodes, DexScreener, Jupiter).
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, designs, and materials on the PROLOGIX AI platform are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal trading purposes only.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. For disputes, we encourage first attempting resolution through our support channels.
  • Any disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Class action waiver: you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
